Flex-3000 Strange RX Behaviour on 75 meters.

While trying to operate on 75 meters my RX sensitivity seem to be dropping off.
The noise floor will start out about S-7 (this is the normal noise floor here) and drop to S-3 over a period of time with a resulting loss of sensitivity. Is not happening on 20 meters the only other band I've been running recently. Doesn't seem dependent on where I set the AGC-T (normally I run it at 60)

Running PowerSDR v2.7.2  on a 6 way AMD locked to 3.0 GHz with 8 gigs of RAM.
