I have been operating with no problems and suddenly when I attempted to use SSB I get no audio transmit out and no power indicated on my Daiwa meter. It does show power on AM but no modulation indicated. I will be getting another microphone as soon as I can. There has been no damage to the mic nor radio physically. PSDR 2.7.2 version Flex5000a s/n 12092327

I would contact Flex customer support as they know their product, but depending on your comfort level you could try a few things. I had some issues with PowerSDR crop up a week ago following a Windows 10 update. To resolve them I had to uninstall and then reinstall PowerSDR. As with all things, back up your profiles and note any settings you want to remember.

Again, depending on your comfort level you may want to see what comes out of a calibration of the rig. There is an older knowledgebase article here: http://kc.flexradio.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50387.aspx Note that there are a few changes to the interface since the article was written and I see no Transmitter Gain button to select or deselect anymore. Also note, you'll need to have a dummy load for this.

Hope you get back on the air soon.

Hi Robert. Wonder if you have checked the obvious that the mic I/p is selected. I forgot this once when I had been using rtty and couldn't understand why no audio on ssb. Then the penny dropped.
