Tim Rescues Me With after I just ran into a dead end spending several hours but not being able to resolve getting the Dax going. I submitted a help ticket around 9:30 am and within an hour I got an email from Tim telling me what info he needed. I provided it and within a couple of hours Tim did an Team Viewer with me and within 20 mins or so it was fixed. What other ham radio company does this a year and a half after the sale at NC. A huge thanks to Tim and Flex as I told Tim the only bad thing about buying a Flex is it takes all the lust away I can't even look at another brand after joining Flex.
