I received my Maestro cover today from Flex. It covers the front of the Maestro. It is pressure fit with with small bumpers to protect the sides of the Maestro. It is frosted with a large Flex symbol. Very nice cover

I also received mine today. It is a very nicely made product that protects the knobs in transit, is light weight, and has a cool appearance,. Highly recommended! I took this picture with the Maestro powered on so you can see it better.

Is is safe to assume this cover won't wear the paint off the edges of the Maestro?

It has small rubber bumpers that look like clear dots. I doubt there will be an issue.

That looks really good and I wonder when they will be available in the UK and at what price?

Well, if it is $50 in the USA, you can bet it'll be £50 here in the UK....  Paul M0CVX

Also received mine yesterday, Although a tad pricey, Think they will do a great job not only protecting the Maestro while sitting on your desk, It's also great protection for going into a case for transport or short term storage. They fit nicely!!

You should inquire with any of the FlexRadio distributors to see if and when they will have them in stock  http://www.flexradio.com/distributors/

You haul your Maestro and Flex when backpacking?

No, the YL hauls the Maestro (she has a KK6) and I haul a 6500, 30A-H or LiFePO4 bats, 30' fiberglass telescoping mast (MFJ), coax, LNR quad antenna, GPS antenna, ground wires, CW paddle, mikes, and some spares etc. Having a GPS disciplined VFO in the field is icing on the cake.

With the 40# pack slowing me down, she can keep up with my pace. I've done some SOTA with the setup.  It's nice to be a thousand feet AGL miles from any noise sources.
