FLEX 6600M startup screen

I normally operate my 6600M from a desktop in another room.  I turn the FLEX on/off with a remote switch contact at the rear of the radio.

Sometimes after startup, the 6600M ends up with the "Info Operate Disconnect" screen.  At other times it goes directly to the panadapter screen.

If in the "Info Operate Disconnect" condition, sometimes operation cannot be started without an on/off cycle if it has been sitting unoperated for a time.

What is the expected startup routine?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
