Filtered DX Spots on Waterfall and or on Spectrum Display

Set up an interface to communicate with Contest and General Logging Software to display filtered DX Spots on the waterfall and or spectrum display.
Something like http://n1mm.hamdocs.com/tiki-index.php?page=Icom+Spectrum+Display but built in SmartSDR.
This way SmartSDR would be able to show needed DXCC entities and contest multipliers in general based on the filtering done by the Logging Software.
Connecting to CW Skimmer telnet port would be okay, but it would just show everything that CW/RTTY Skimmer is receiving.
Being able to communicate with the logging software takes advantage of the filtering done in them to show only relevant information.
This may seem trivial, but based on the fact that a big portion of the time the operator is looking at the slices, this will minimize the need to switch the vision from monitor to monitor which is specially exhausting during long periods of time, such as those in 48 hour DX contests or long operating shifts during DXpeditions.

    Hi Martin,
There is an idea on the list to add both DX spots and/or CW Skimmer spots to the SSDR screen.  It is currently #7 on the customer requested idea list with 38 votes.

Would this meet your requirements?  If  it is close maybe add you comments and a vote.

Another note:  The CW skimmer software is being completely re-written to include other spotting capabilities.  My understanding is that it will be available in 2018 and have server capabilities so that it could be more easily integrated into the SSDR software from the server or client side.
