Fan noise & no power up again

fans are failing again on my 6300. It hasn't been quite right since its been sent back 6 or 8 weeks ago. Fans will howl once in awhile and lately been powering down. Finally won't power up at all now while fans are very noisy. This is a repeat. It will be quite expensive to send back again for exactly the same problem. I would have hoped he replaced all the fans while it was there not to mention how long my radio will be away:-(

Suspect, If the fans are CPU controlled for RPM speed versus temperature like in PC's,
a Noisy binding fan if it does not reached programed rpm, that can induce startup issues

Maybe you can get part # from Flex and find a good replacement

A replacement fan with slightly different in bearings/no bearings might be an option
