f3k pwr on top band

Does the F3K give out 100w on the allocated hi power sections of the band as I am seeing 23w max across the whole band. Is this normal ? Still having fun on the bands. I managed to get the latest version of FreeDv software running as well so am really having fun now. The hi power sections could be set up like the 5 Mhz band.

John, my F3k puts out 100 watts on all bands, also on 160m. 73, Alex - DH2ID

Ok, thanks for the reply. The next question is where is my 100w on top band. I have checked again and its 24w Max. I could try a re-install but perhaps there is another way to find the lost power.

Is that 24W on a dummy load?
