Expand mouse wheel usage

I have just started using SSDR 1.3.0.116.

1) There are some controls/sliders that have tool-tips and some that do not. Can there be more consistency in this please? Those tool-tips that are present are very good making even more frustration when they are missing.

2) I am used to placing my cursor on a slide control and using my mouse wheel to move it rather than left click hold down and then move mouse. The wheel gives finer and easier control.

Thanks

SOME of the sliders can be fine tuned with the up / down arrow keys...if the mouse cursor is
     on the bullet...

And there was me trying the left and right arrows to achieve the same effect <face palm>. I would not have dreamt of trying the up/down arrows. @ FlexRadio user-interface dude...are you listening (hi hi)?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
