Hi there,
I am using a 6600M with Software 2.3.9.43
I bought this radio in Germany from one of Flexradios official dealers.
My 6600M is marked in menupoint "RADIO" as "Region USA".
What I urgently need is the *.turf - file for use of the 6600M in Germany.
The Flex-Dealer said that he is waiting for Flex to show reaction. When will that happen?

Peter, just open an online service request with FRS and they‘ll send you your turf file within around 24 hours. Make sure to fill out all entry fields in the form. For more questions on this topic don’t hesitate to use the online search of this forum.

Had my turf files within 24h after opening the ticket .. Go the formal way, helpdesk ticket, always fastest instead of the community. This is NOT a formal helpdesk by Flexradio.

Only way to get a turf file for you radio is open a Help Desk ticket. The turf file cannot be shared with other radios as it is serial number dependent.
