I turned the EQ modual off but now it won't show any more when I want it back up on screen?
If I press the button for it, it will depress but no screen for the EQ comes up.

Unless you are having a different problem than I think....have you tried the little icon in the bottom left of the screen that looks like a radio tower and signals coming out of it?  That turns the panels on and off.

If the rest of the panels are already showing, then look at the tabs on top of the control panels...They say TX, P/CW, PHNE, RX, EQ.   If they are blue, they are ON.  If they are grey/Black, then they are OFF.

If the EQ button is blue then the EQ module is in the radio rack.

If you are not seeing the actual module then look to the right. Do you see the scroll bar? Pull that down and any modules not visible should come into view:

Another thing about this radio stack which I learned from another post is that you can move modules around in the rack. If you want the EQ module at the top, scroll down to make it visible, grab it's title bar (plain gray bar) and slide it into a new position. I found this tool pretty handy.
