Email Problem

I changed my email address in my profile about 6 days ago. The emails are still going to the old email address.  Anybody tell me why.  The old email address is not even in the profile anymore just the new one.

You can have multiple e-mail addresses associated with your account.  Open you profile and go to the email and notifications section and check to see what is associated with your account.

My new email address is the only one associated with the account but the emails keep going to the old one.

Tim I'm still getting emails to my old email address and not to the new one that I changed it to. It is getting close to 2 weeks ...

I recommend opening a support ticket with GetSatisfaction, as we do not managed the user account database.   https://getsatisfaction.com/corp/help-center/submit-ticket/

Bill, your question prompted me to change my email address so I went to My Profile and I did not see any method of revising it.  It showed the dated information I was wanting to change, but left me frustrated.  How is it done?

This happens when you access your multiple email address in your account, For that reason, your device cannot recognise which one you need to access that's why it shows the older one. You need to go  https://justabout.co/gmail-support-usa/ for help, they solve your problem very quickly.
