Dual Rigs?

Good morning, gang.

Since I didn't buy a 6700, and now I want to run two bands simultaneously, both with digital modes, I have this question...

Is it possible to run (say) a 6500 and 6300 with two instances of SSDR on one PC? Then, would it be possible to assign CAT/PTT using different ports and assign DAX 1-4 to one rig and 5-8 to the other? Antennas would be unique for each rig.

Option B, if that doesn't play - maybe having each instance in a different Virtual Machine?

Wheels are turning. Of course, maybe I should just get a 6700. Maybe Flex will "loan" me one for "evaluation purposes?" (ha!)

No, only one app can be started as a GUI client... Period.

You could kind of though but you'd have to toggle between the two bands or write some code that would do that with one controlled surface.

I don't think it would work with a 6700 regardless of multiple client GUI support.
