DSP Settings Lost When Mode is Changed

DSP settings are lost whenever the modulation mode is changed.  For example, in CW mode I set NR and APF, I switch to USB, and then I switch back to CW mode only to find that have to set NR and APF again.  I expect those settings to remain set for each mode I operate with.

Am I doing something wrong?  Is there a way to set the default settings to be the settings that I prefer?

    I've seen lots of posts on this same subject, but haven't found an answer yet.  Is there some sort of default setting or profile that I've set up wrong, or a profile I can set up to hack a solution to this?  I'm getting really tired of having to do five or six clicks everytime I change from CW to USB or back!

    Anyone?

    The answer to your problem is to use the "profiles" feature of your radio, create the settings you prefer in the CW portion of the Band and then save that profile as , for example , "20M CW".  Then go to the Phone portion of the Band and set up your receiver with all the settings you prefer on SSB and then save that setup in profiles as "20M SSB"  (don't forget to set up your MIC and TX profiles while you are at it.)

    You can do this on a per Band basis or just as a generic profile setting for CW,  SSB, RTTY or any Mode you use and when you want to use that "MODE" of operation just go to profiles, select the MODE  or BAND of operation you want to use and "load" that profile.

    I would suggest RTM to familiarize yourself with how profiles can become your friend.   This ,of course, is not the only way to accomplish quick Mode or Band changes.  Some 3rd party Loggers and interface programs allow limited but faster Band or Mode changes without affecting other Flex radio settings.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
