A friend of mine may have stumbled on to Guy's luggage. Wonder which crate has the Flex in it?

What are "Love Beads" ?!!? Sounds frightening.

BTW George, I see you had a chat with my 15yo son, W0LSB, on 20M. Knowing him, I suppose it was fairly brief. How was his audio - does it need tweaking?

I had a patient once who saw Laurel and Hardy when they came to the UK. Mind you, some patients I once had are now convicted murderers :-o.

Now I have to ask, since nobody replied.
How many people know what the Dartmouth Fair pill was?

I've heard if you were there, you don't remember, and if you remember you weren't there. Are you my daddy, Walt? ;-)

There does not seem to be enough room for my full legal and official name http://www.gdc-uk.org/pages/GDCSearchResults.aspx?RegNumber=56003&Surname=&qs=1. Would need a massive case for my 6300 ;-).

PS Don't ask, it's a long story and alcohol was not involved.

Only proper British ale, preferably https://www.theakstons.co.uk/Ales/Old-Peculier/. Though these http://timothytaylor.co.uk/sell 'hit the spot' too.

Beer from Yorkshire is the best England has to offer IMHO - I was lucky enough to study there for 41⁄2 years (was on the Dental Society drinking team on my second day at University - explains a lot, hi hi).

Having had my first LEGAL drink as I actually turned 21 in London and was toasted with Brown Aile.... I think that UK beer is much better than US Beer which is awful..

However.. I tend to prefer a Guinness in Ireland on Tap (going there after Dayton) for heavy beer and Pilsner from Pilsen in OK land where we will be doing a beer and ham radio contest club tour in July....

After looking through this thread, even as a child of the '60s I suspect that the dust coming out of the Flex 6000 series cooling fan may be hallucinogenic.

The colors streaming from the cooling fans taste wonderful "man". I was just shy of 12 but listened to accounts from WLS on my 11 jewel transistor radio. At 11 years old I honestly thought they were talking about Woodstock, IL, ha! Started AM BC DXING on that radio.
