DAX Windows Mixer integration

Allow DAX to integrate with the Windows mixer. The volume sliders only work when using the DAX control panel, but not when using the Windows mixer, apart from the Mute.

I use a separate Audio Mixer (actualsolution.com) so I can see and adjust all the recording and playback volume levels, as well as see the signal levels on one screen (great app, take a look) but as the DAX volume doesn't work with the windows mixer (but IS mutable) it's not possible without using Virtual Audio Cable and two instances of Audio Repeater.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
