My first installation of 1.4.3 didn't load DAX correctly and I got errors and disfunction.
I completely uninstalled all parts of SSDR, including DAX and CAT and now things are going well.

Remember to make sure you have set your sound interface properties to 48,000 on both ends of every virtual cable in the Sound properties tab in Windows.

Sure Ken, this is not with W10 first Beta release and after upgrade to the new beta, but with my Toshiba Notebook with Win8.1 also, BTW  everywhere 16bit 48kHz
Of course i retrieve the error message after W10TP upgrade to the new beta release  and reinstall SW with WIN restart and with deleting DAX drivers, also make already radio restart with power+OK

BTW after DAX restart - trouble free for unlimited time

Yes.  I suspect you are experiencing a driver level buffer issue that is usually DPC related.  Try running LatencyMon (http://www.resplendence.com/latencymon) and see if the PC is suitable for streaming audio applications

Well,  test results with Latency Monitor:

    DAX issue ?

BTW, just for information regarding W10 Tech Preview

due to the running on the W10Preview, yesterday upgraded on:

    image

SSDR necessary to reinstall completely as was already mentioned here, but, some audio services not started in any way properly:

    image

Next step is close DAX and start Troubleshooting for audio services  with positive result

    and start DAX again:

    Final solution is:

    1. Reinstall SSDR

    2. Disable from start up DAX

    3. Manually start troubleshooting with audio services  - always solving error message

    4. Start DAX manually again

I believe this is W10TP issue however, not everything clear regarding  DAX behavior.
