I fixed the problem.
Go to search and type in CMD and run as Administrator. Uninstall the DAX drivers and install them. then reboot. It fixed my DAX problem

In the procedure that describes doing this process, https://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us/articles/204017069-How-to-Manually-Re-Install-DAX-Drivers

    It states...

This procedure assumes you are running on a 64-bit operating system.  If you are using a 32-bit version of Windows, you will need to change the directory path to replace 64-bit Drivers with 32-bit Drivers.

In the example below SmartSDR is version 1.6.21 is used.  Make certain you are running this procedure from the latest SmartSDR for Windows application folder installed on your PC.

An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
