Slick! Is there a link to keyboard function keys so it can be run without a mouse?

Ken,
Yes, you can press the keyboard F-Key or if you want you can click the F-Key button in the panel with the mouse.  And it appears you can also TAP the F-Key button if you have a touch screen (i.e. a tablet).

Thanks, Al. I just listened to the video again and heard that. I missed it the first time.

N1MM integration is good, since I am just now starting to make the change to N1MM. I hadn't used It for years and needed it when running as W1AW/9 a couple of weeks ago. I finally got the voice keyer going the last shift on 40 SSB!

Contesting -- there wasn't any mention of entering a command in the text buffer that would increment a serial number for contesting.  Perhaps that is only going to be available from the third party logging programs.   From the insider:

CWX is likely to be used most by DXers and rag chewers.  If you are contesting with a logging program, the CWX interface is available through the SmartSDR API -- with simple commands CW can be sent from logging programs using the FLEX TCP/IP API.  CAT can also be used to send CW through CWX.   The CWX panel does not need to be open for external programs to send using CWX.

Al,

as you have no option to log conacts in SSDR, for me it is absolutely okay to send serial numbers via N1MM+ interfaced to CWX (which is told to be compatible in the August FlexInsider).

Tom,
Agree, that should be fine.  There may be a few that would like the capability from within the SSDR CWX feature also -- will have to see if anyone asks for it.

Yes super If it is as the Video

Would love to have one of those F keys left open as a live Memory. So you can add the call sign  to it  then selecting the F key it sends that . . Not hidden in the config menu but accessible

I am really looking forward to the new CWX. I have done enough DX hunting and W1AW prowling lately that It has driven home the convenience of a memory keyer to solve my "fumble fingers" when I am tired. I will need a tutorial on how to interface with N1MM as soon as possible. I also hope there will be a way to interface with N3FJP's ACLog. That is what I use for my casual DXing and other operations. Eventually I hope to consider migrating to Log4OM or something like that. ( I am too cheap to buy HRD right now!)

When in full breakin mode must I use the space bar or just pause  between words with my own spacing? It is a useful feature that I use regularly with an external Morse keyboard. I'll just wait and see I guess.  If not please consider that option if others are interested in this feature.

Pardon me for elevating my ignorance - I understand the sending of CW with CWX, - what about receiving CW? Is there help out there decoding the receipt of 75 WPM?
