CWX Macros

edited December 2019 in SmartSDR for Windows
I bought a flex radio from someone else. This person had created macros in CWX. Have the software now installed on the PC here and the macros of this person are in my CWX. I have created other macros today and when I restart my software, these have been deleted and the old macros are returned from the other person. How can I fix this that I can start with a blank F1 to F12.

    Pat,

Click on CWX at the bottom of the screen, retype your values for F1 through F12, then save a new profile.  You may also want to look at the profiles that the previous owner created and either edit or delete them.

Let me suggest that you reset the radio to "factory" settings.  This will clear all profiles and such that were created by the previous owner, and reset the radio to the out of the box factory condition.  Then start the process of building up a set of profiles, CWX macros, memories, transverter settings, USB cable settings, etc., from scratch.  I think you'll spend less time and get cleaner results.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
