CW Delay moved....(0.16.4) I like to adjust the CW delay based on speed (less for fast Q's, more for slower ones). Is there room to have it in both places? Regards, Al NN4ZZ CLICK to enlarge...

I questioned that move also. I also like to adjust delay depending upon traffic, band conditions, speed I am sending, etc. It would be more convenient to have the delay control on the front panel with the other two. Perhaps they did it this way so they didn't have to reconfigure the front TX panel display, but simply reuse/repurpose the slider for sidetone instead of delay. (perhaps to speed up release of v. 1.0?) I would suggest rearranging the CW panel to include all three functions at some point in the future. But a big thanks for the adjustable sidetone!

Ken, If space is the issue, here is a potential solution. When in CW mode drop the VOX panel. The sideband panel and CW panels are different anyway and VOX isn't needed for CW. Regards, Al / NN4ZZ

And add that the cw delay defaults to zero when starting SmartSDR - should have been add to the persistence list.

Don, Agree and to make it worse, you don't see that unless you go to the CW tab. Easy to forget! Regards, Al / NN4ZZ
