First Question: I can't find a way that upon computer bootup, that the Dax Control Panel is opened and resident on my screen.  I must go to the little DAX icon on the main monitor and select "Show Control Panel".  Is there a way to automate this upon computer bootup?

Second Question: While I'm not using IQ for JT, I see in the DAX Control Panel right under the IQ Streams heading that IQ1 is Yellow and for this stream the expression "No Panadapter" is displayed.

Looked through the manual and this site and haven't found any articles on what "No Panadapter" means.

I know of no way to have the dax control panel open upon start up, if there is I would like to know myself.

Yellow means it is not currently connected to a pan adapter or slice, as you said when you are not currently using JT which means the slice you assign to that IQ Stream is not open or not selected in the dax pull down menu of that slice.

Yes, just one more thing to autostart.
I'm mainly cw and digital so seeing the Control Panel confirms everything booted up the way I want it.

And making it autosizeable to how many streams are in use would be save screen space. I RARELY have more than 3 streams working at a time

If I drag the bottom of the Control panel up to make the windows smaller I loose the IQ portion. Which isn't so much of a problem for me.

Actually the DAX IQ No Panadapter means you have not selected DAX IQ for any panadapter. It is set by the DAX pulldown for the panadapter (on left side of panadapter window), not on the slice DAX pulldown.

Thanks guys
I was 'assuming' that the Yellow meant that the IQ for channel 1 was NOT being used.
 just want to make sure
