click tune direction

A minor confusion/annoyance:  While searching for an expected QSO somewhere in a stretch of band about 50 or 100 khz I notice that when using click tune and 1khz steps set to snap to the step it goes to the next one LOWER instead of the expected nearest step.  This makes it a bit harder to hit the desired spot instead of being on the wrong khz most of the time.  I am embarrassed that it took me this long to realize that I wasn't quite as in-accurate in mouse positioning!

This is actually a feature and not a defect.  The presumption is that if you are click tuning inside of the active slice RX passband you are wanting to tune to that exact frequency.  This is necessary for narrow band modes.
