CAT will not launch on a Mac Mini running bootcamp Win 10. Has anyone been able to make this work? If so, what steps did you use? Running SSDR 2.4.9

CAT appears to install normally. SmartSDR and DAX run properly.

Anyone have any ideas?

Don’t quite see how this could fail to work. CAT from the boot camp version of Windows only needs networking to talk to the radio, the rest is entirely using Windows software, which is obviously running properly since DAX and SSDR are working.. Should have absolutely nothing to do with the underlying hardware. Did the install work correctly?

Yes, the installs worked correctly. I did them for him via TeamViewer and even tried running as Administrator.

Since the Cat ports are all software, there is no real reason why they should behave any differently on an iMac or a real PC under Windows. The CAT software is an interface between network traffic and a software implementation within Windows. And since the other tools are working, the network is likely not an issue. I’d look for something that is not related to the fact it is running on an iMac under BootCamp (although rather than run BootCamp, I run emulators on my Macs).

I was able to get CAT working by manually installing the Flex port installer. For some reason Windows wouldn’t let the ports be automatically installed. There is a note about this on the Flex help page. Thanks all for your input.
