I have two 6300s one at home and one at my remote site. I am presently at the remote site. I can access either radio with SmartSDR. However I can only access the local(remote) radio with
the Maestro. only the local radio shows up as an option on the Maestro.I am running V2.3.9 on both 6300s. the Computer is a Win10.

Any suggestions?

Buford,

It sounds like perhaps you haven't logged in with the same SmartLink credentials on the Maestro.  Make sure that you use the exact same credentials (or social sign in) as you used when you registered your radio.

This is likely a result of which SmartLink account you are logged into on the PC.

What I would recommend is to logout on both clients (SmartSDR for Windows and on Maestro).  Then I login on the PC with the SmartLink account you'd like to use and go back through the radio registration process on both radios.  This will link the radios with the preferred SmartLink account.  Then finally, login with that same SmartLink account on the Maestro.  I think that should do it.

Update! Maestro will not talk to radio via Smartlink. period. I set up smart on  local radio using Maestro. Took Maestro to library ,signed onto their network Maestro would not see any radio.
computer sees both radios no problem.
