Cannot save profiles

I'm using a 6300, SSDR 1.9.9, Windows 7,  and I haven't been able to save profiles. Save Global, Transmit, and mic profiles don't do anything when clicked. Nor does Profile manager. Import/Export menu works.  I've reset the radio, and uninstalled/reinstalled SSDR 1.9.9.

Using N1MM as a focus helper, tried turning on and off no change.

Something I might be doing wrong here?

Hi Michael... .13 is the latest version. Not sure that helps. When Profile Manager pops up and you hit save, how can you tell nothing is being saved?

Ah... then I wonder if it isn't opening off screen somehow. When you hover over the icon in the bar at the bottom does it show the Profile Manager?

If so, select it then hit alt-spacebar M and use the arrow keys to move it back onto the screen.

If that's not it, then I have no more guesses. Good luck!

And that was exactly what the problem was. Thank you very much. I'm not certain how exactly the profile manager window got there, but I can use it now.

I updated to the latest version as well, which was the first thing I tried.

Thanks again for the help!
