By 5mhz do you mean 60M?  If so, then yes.

To clarify Chris's comment, it is yes if your radio has the appropriate TURF file.  Some EU countries do not allow 60m operation and those radios are prevented from transmitting on 60m due to regulatory compliance.

contact your nearest flex rep and they will send you a software update to activate the 5Mhz band. Not sure if you need a special licence or nov as we do in the UK. You may have to send them a copy of that.
