Good afternoon.  Another question.  Is there a switch or button that needs to be pushed or turned so what is on my flex will show on my Acer 27 inch monitor.

Press the power on button on your Acer Monitor BEFORE you turn on your rig. You must also have the correct input selected on the Acer Monitor to use once again BEFORE you turn on your rig. Plus your cables must be connected from the monitor to the hdmi jack on your rig and any hdmi switches must be set so when you turn on your rig the rig will see the powered up monitor thru the hdmi cables and switchs as soon as the rigs power is supplied. Of course all your cables used and switches must be good also.

Basic summary as soon as power is turned on to the rig it must see your active monitor or it will not use it for display. The cable not connected message must be showing on your monitor since your rig does not display such a message. So check the monitors input setting and your cables to ensure they are fully plugged in and your hdmi switch if you use one.
