Burst of Noise After Transmit

I have a Flex 1500 and I'm running PowerSDR v2.7.2. The NB does a great job at cancelling out the noise, but there is a lag after transmit and it appears the NB takes about .5- 2 seconds to really come back on. So after I unkey the mic I experience a burst of noise and then the NB kicks in a takes it out.

Could it be a latency issue? I have played with the USB Driver Buffer, Audio Buffer Size and the DSP Buffer Size for Phone. Nothing seems to help.

Any ideas?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
