Clicking on the Skim check box is not launching CW Skimmer. I installed the latest version of Skimmer in the default directory. It acts like the SDR-Bridge can't find CW Skimmer. I can start skimmer manually and it connects to DAX but does not appear to be interacting with SDR-Bridge. The stream column only shows the single number. I tried un-installing and re-installing SDR bridge.
Some screen shots below may help determine if I have something setup incorrectly. Let me know if you need any additional info or screens shots.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Al..I just went through the same thing until I Enabled the DAX IQ channel. I had to "shake" the Panadapter view with the mouse to get it to sync up freq wise with skimmer.
Set DAX Control Panel and Skimmer Radio Config to 96K and enable the DAX Control panel Channel you want to use. (should be lit blue)
BTW the pathname is fine.

Tried that and it does not seem to have any effect.
Shouldn't clicking on the SKIM check box start up CW Skimmer?
It doesn't for me and the "stream" number in the Bridge continues to show the panadapter center value even if I manually start CW Skimmer.

yes the skim Box will open up Skimmer without having to manually open it. The stream box in SDR-Bridge should show the 96K range (start and stop freq of the DAX channel if SDR Bridge is seeing the IQ Stream
Radio is Softrock and 96K in Radio Tab of Skimmer itself parameters and the Skimmer Audio Tab should point to DAX1 (or whatever channel you want)

On the path, I questioned it since I'm running Win7 but my program files path is:
Program Files
not
Program Files (x86)
In the setting panel of SDR-BRIDGE he App path has the (x86)

Default load site is in (86) for Skimmer I also have Win 7-64 I was looking at the Highlighted pathname you showed...that one is correct.
Skimmer default load site is normally Program Files (x86) You should be golden after that change...since SDR Bridge is looking there for the .exe file for Skimmer.
Just drag that AFREET Folder from Program Files to Program Files (x86)

Ok, I created a new folder (see snapshot) for "Program Files (x86)"
I uninstalled and reinstalled CwSkimmer and SDR-Bridge both into the new folder. (see snapshot)
Still does not invoke skimmer when I click the SKIM button.
Must be missing something still.....

Here are the settings for CwSkimmer when I start it up manually....it connects to DAX and skims but does not appear to be connected to Bridge for any other commands to the radio.

Al.. call me 207-234-7175.. can walk you thru. Change your Skimmer audio to WDM however for starters.
You are not seeing your IQ audio stream.

Just saw you note after I posted below. A custom path or ability to browse to the CwSkimmer executable would be ideal. Will wait to hear back....

Larry and I talked on the phone for a while and the root problem still seems to be that the Bridge does not find CwSkimmer to invoke it when setting the SKIM flag. I think if the Bridge found and invoked skimmer and connected to it, I would be good to go.
My PC is running Win7 and the "Program Files" folder didn't include the (x86) in the name. So I created a new folder as noted above but that didn't help. I'm assuming the Bridge program is hard coded to look for CwSkimmer in a specific location since I didn't see any way to change the location for the APP path in either the Bridge Settings tab or in the .ini files.
Any suggestions on what to try next?

Got it... thanks Ed... Trying to capture an occasional error that causes a complete lockup that occurs when starting SDR-Bridge. Havent captured it yet but it involves the initial starting of Skimmer.exe via SDR-Bridge. will send you info as I catch it.

Good news, almost fixed,
Good - the change allowed me to point to the Program Files folder and SKIM now invokes CW Skimmer. See snapshots
Issues
- once you close the SETTINGs screen you can't re-enter, SDR-Bridge will crash.
- the setting does not appear to be saved, if you exit and reload the original setting will reappear

Made the App path change and moved out of the field and then closed the setting screen.

Now SKIM starts up a CwSkimmer. Note Stream shows range now. Skimmer is decoding, etc.

If you close the SETTINGs screen and re-enter, the Bridge crashes.

That must have been a fluke, it does save the App Path and display the change on startup now.
It still crashes if I try to go into the Edit Settings screen multiple times but is workable.
Thank for the quick program update, it has gotten me going for now,
