Bnc to SO239 adapter Issues on 6600m

Ok strange problem here. I am using a W6LVP Loop in an RV. Went to hook it up to RX1 on 6600m. No receive. Tried all four BNC connectors and no joy. I use a Pixel on a 6700 at home so I am familiar with the hookup. I then took the BNC to SO 239 adapter off and hooked to Ant 2...SUCCESSES. I then ohmed both of my adapters out from same manufacturer....good. Hmmm then I touched the center pin of PL259 to center pin of BNC on back of radio..SIGNAL. So my thoughts that I have two identical adapters that are not mating up to the radio? The BNC Connectors on the M series look A little different physically. Does anybody know of any good adapters that work with the new M series radios or have any other suggestions? Is there a way to lock out Ant2 so I can’t accidentally transmit?
Thanks

Went back home and found some “old” bnc adapters. The center pin appears to stick out a little further on these. It worked perfectly. Thanks everyone
