With Ver. 2.0 I used my E-Mail address and password that I use to sign in to community and Helpdesk. It kept telling me my E-mail address or Password was wrong, to the point it now has me Blocked out for to many attempts. How long do I have to wait to try again?.
Most of those automated blocking routines will block you for either 5 minutes or half an hour. But my bank and stock broker's routines will block it until I call in and confess my stupidity for forgetting my password or my clumsy arthritis fingers hitting the wrong keys!
Perhaps you can try the "I forgot my password" routine.
