Big Time Praise!!

First off I want to apologize for a few of my online rants the last few days on this forum.. And to the wonderful lady's at Flex who answer the phones that put up with me calling quite a few times in the last week... Sometimes taking a deep breath and realizing there are way more positive and great things about Flex then my one small negative issue that got me very worked up in the first place... Things turned around for me when Gerald took time out of his busy day to call me and listened to my concerns and assured me that the problem with my 6400 will be resolved ASAP. And also Tim always replying back to me through this forum to keep me informed the whole time with his professional mannerism.

And sure enough today I received an email response that my Ticket is closed the Rig is back to factory specs and a tracking number to show it's on the way..

I feel like piece of mind with Flex has been Restored :)

Be it extended wait times or whatever, it can be easily to rant.  Sometimes it's best to think twice before hitting the send button.  From my experiences with FRS over the last few years, they have been an excellent company to deal with.
