    Thanks Pat,
I solved that problem by following the instructions that I received early this year from Dudley at FRS. I took notes from his explanations and came up with mine: "How to Correct DAX Errors in Audio Input & Outputs" for dummies: Which I must add, is much easier to follow than the one from Tim at FRS. (In my opinion)
    For example:
How to uninstall SmartSDR and delete DAX errors
(In Control Panel) open > Device Manager
    a. Check Audio Inputs and Output: see if any ghosted DAX drivers are left in the          sound device.
    b. If there are any DAX drivers; they should be uninstalled, one at a time.
    Etc...
I emailed Tim, and enclosed the Word document above; asking him for suggestions or necessary corrections to make it available for those of us who are not that technical savvy in the forum: When it comes to getting around the computer.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
