Audio Through PC

Where (or when) in the release roadmap will we see remote audio on the computer?  I know this has been discussed on sever thread since the 6Ks came out, but I cant remember getting an actual timeframe.  I've managed to pull out the audio using the DAX and even used some remote headphones before DAX with some success.  The network capability was the tipping point in my decision to go with the Flex and it seams to be the one feature missing.

Everything about the Flex has been outstanding, so I'm sure the remote receive/transmit audio solution will far exceed anything I can come up with on my own.  But, I really want to work some DX setting out by the pool this summer, so I need to know if I should continue trying to find an external solution to the problem.

Any chance we will see something for networking in the next release?

Tnx, Nick

Nick - Remote access over the local LAN is on the roadmap for inclusion in SmartSDR v1.4.  The same capability over the Internet (WAN - wide area network) will be in SmartSDR v2.0

Will V2.0 (or 2.x) also include remote keying for the CW OPs?  (not CWX but actual keying with a paddle or straight key).

Ned suggested adding a key jack to the FlexControl for just this purpose.  I'm sure there are other ways but that would work for me.  Here is a link to his idea:
