ATT ZTE hot spot

Anyone using SmartSDR with an ATT ZTE hot spot? ( That's the small wireless router they sell.) or even straight Iphone using 4G or LTE? My internet provider finally port forwarded all the Ubiquiti routers between me and the internet. He tested remote by installing smartsdr on his pc, connected to a COX fiber, and was able to log on to my radio. I thought my problem was solved but when I try to connect direct, LTE or 4g, to my radio with my Iphone 6s+ the IOS smart sdr software finds my flex at the fixed IP of my router, 192.225.xxx.xxx, with a funny port of -1 but will not see my radio at my internal IP assigned address 192.168.xxx.xxx. Within my home everything works fine in any WIN or IOS device using the home wireless router. I see others are using ATT LTE or 4g in other areas of the country. I wonder if there is something different about the ATT system here in San Diego? Sort of getting to wits end.

Use Cricket on the ATT network with an iPhone SE with no issues.  Good luck.

FIXED!!!! Had to remove and re-install the Apple app. It had me log into my account fresh and now it sees the radio through the ATT ZTE hotspot. A good day.
