There is a classic typo in this weeks ARRL weekly newsletter I get via email. Or maybe there is something going on we don't know about;)

It has been corrected on the web site. I read it earlier and didn't notice the discrepancy then.

Not a psychologist by any means but would this qualify as a Freudian slip that acknowledges a changing of the guard w/o fully acknowledging it ?

I vote for just bad proofing (shhhhh. no sinister stuff going on here...pay no attention to the man behind the curtain "He's not the one you are looking for")  ;-)
