I have found the following 2x6 antenna switch PCBs. I know there are many commercial solutions available they a bit out of my budget. I am trying to find a manual or computer controlled controller solution for these:

I use KK1L's board which works very well, I use a control by Web Relay unit that I built a script for that works pretty well.

I have built SJ2W stuff and it is very well made. I have two SO2R switches and both came as PCBs from qro.cz. They were easy to make too, but beware of the parts cost! NOt sure how much tax you get hit for importing from EU to US!

I'd suggest getting a sense of the total cost of a solution built on that board, then go to array Solutions ( https://www.arraysolutions.com/antennas-switching ) and review their offerings. I think they are pretty competitive. Ken, N2VIP

I manufacture a 1 x 4 antenna relay that is controlled directly off the USB port of the Flex.  It is relatively inexpensive and can handle legal limit.  Allows you to connect the Flex to an amp and have the output of the amp switched to one of 4 antennas automatically.  Ed@w2ph.com

I drive a 2 x 6 Array Solutions 6 pack with my Flex 6600m using Array Solutions BandMaster Band Decoders.  One nice thing about this solution is that the Band Decoders have TWO contact closures  for each band.  This allows me to control both the antenna switch and a Dunestar switchable bandpass filter.  Interface between the band decoders and the Flex 6600M is via a custom USB Cable.  Instructions for building this cable are given on the NN4ZZ Web Site at http://www.nn4zz.com/FLEX6700.htm

    the best solution its:

    http://ea7hg.com/es-ES/ssmab
    and
    http://www.amplitec.hu/antenna_kapcsolok_eng.html

I am working with both teams on a flex6500 and I am delighted with that.

I have an ic-7100 and I share the antennas between both teams.
up to a total of 4

in my case I have a box of 8 antennas and a box of 4 antennas, all for HF
for vhf I have a box of 4 antennas also controlled by the MAB

    a fully automated system.

I have been using the KK1L board for over 6 years now.  I started out with a manual switch box then then added a Stainsmart relay board controlled by an Arduino Mega.  It uses USB band data from my Flex 6600.  I just added a serial port to the Mega and feed that to a USR N540 serial to IP converter.  I can now control the antenna's either automatically or manually with remote control.

Bret, I just purchased one of KK1L's relay boards and about ready to start populating it. Are you running SO2R ?  Are you finding the 60+ db of isolation is enough ?
