There is not enough space here to answer that.

Do you have a real problem or are you just a Troll?

FlexRadio answers their phones just fine for me and their technical support is very prompt in getting back to folks.

There are also lots of folks here able to help.

Please provide a full description of your problems and help will be at your finger tips!

No offense intended if you are not a troll!

I already have a help ticket open.  Spent yesterday afternoon on the phone with zero fixes.

I just need to vent!  These things are not cheap and when you get a new one that doesn't work and looking at missing contests this weekend and maybe needing to spent air fare to get it looked at is wearing me thin.

Keith - You have an open Help Desk ticket on this issue of which your last response from one of our Technical Support engineers was at 11:00 AM today.  It is not always possible for our support technicians to answer every incoming phone call as if they are engaged with another customer it is company policy not to put them on hold to answer a phone call.  Because of the recent release of SmartSDR our support load is a little higher than usual which will result in some response delays.  I expect that Dudley will get back to you shortly.
