All of a sudden and no reason why but the signal level on thepanadapteron 6600m changed on 20m only.  On other bands it is -40 to -120 but on 20m it's -36 to -52.  Tried holding the -36 and I can move it but can not move the bottom number.  Doing all this on the screen of the 6600M which is not that easy since this is on the far right side of the screen and the numbers are exremely small

Use the up and down arrows (^, v) on the left side of the spectrum display - they will move the whole range up and down. And drag the right side where the numbers are to expand the range up and down.

I use a soft-tip phone stylus, not my finger :-)

Is there something I need to unlock first because those arrows do nothing.

Not as far as I know. I'm running the latest software, and the arrows move the floor up and down.

Got it! Its a tap and not a slide. Thanks for leading me in the right direction.

Section 8.5 of the 6400M/6600M software manual discusses the waterfall / spectrum display adjustment controls. Glad you got it under control, Richard.
