I have nothing but praise for the FlexRadio employee who picked up on the fact that I had mentioned here in community that I had purchased a Flex-6300 and the CD that came with it, even though it was marked "SmartSDR" had nothing but PowerSDR programs on it. I opened my mail today and discovered that someone in the company had sent me a SmartSDR CD complete with utility programs,etc., completely unsolicited by me. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to that employee.

To whomever it was that was thoughtful enough to take a couple of minutes mailing the CD to me - As a former rep for an international telephone carrier, I know a little about customer service and I can tell you that you are the among the best and FlexRadio can be proud of you! That small amount of time you spent bought a lifetime of good will.

Flex - you have a great gang in your shop!

Agreed...Flex is the best most responsive amateur manufacturer around...Lets face it, we are not an easy customer base to please.  de W3DCB
