6700 hard of hearing

This is a follow on to https://community.flexradio.com/flexradio/topics/6700_running_sdr_1_1_0_hard_of_hearing_at_times which indicated the problem would be fixed in smartsdr v1.2; tracked as DE1741

The problem is still there and if anything is worse.
I fire up the 6700 on 10m at 2130; floor is -120. by 2215 the floor has drifted up to -76 and the band appears dead... Shutdown smartsdr, reboot 6700, now the floor is at -120

Once the radio is 'warmed up' and the i2c timing has settled down things are great...

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
