6400 (Non M) half power after software upgrade

I have a friend that has a 6400 (Non-M) that upgraded to 2.4.9. Every time he sets the power to 100 it bounces back to 50. Doesn't matter what band or mode. He uninstalled and rolled back and it works fine. Installed the upgrade and same problem.

I had the same thing after upgrading to 2.49 with my 6400 non-M.

Interesting... the first time I had heard about this after an update.  I will get engineering know.

In my case, I somehow ended up with an Astron RS20A on my 6600 Remote.  The RS20 only puts out 16A continuous so I had to lock down the power to 80 watts until I get back up there to replace the power supply with either the SS-25 or better.

    Glad you figured it out.

I checked with engineering and they seem to think that if this is happening, it must be driven by some 3rd party app. It isn't in our code at all.
