Old owner was still seeing the rig after I registered it under my account. I created a Smartlink account and registered the radio to it, also changed the radio name and call. Have I done everything I should?
Are you sure you registered the radio under your account? Go to the radio chooser in Smartlsdr, log into Smartlink if you are not already, then highlight the radio and click on smartlink setup. Does the radio show as registered?
I would unregister it and re-register it anyway. If it still shows up under the old account, create a helpdesk ticket and we will take a look!
