Hi can anyone confirm the 2m output from the xvtr socket. I read it is 5dbm would that be around 1 milliwatts?

Anyone know away of increasing this in order for me to drive say a 100w amplifier?

Many thanks,

Paul

The transverter output is between 0 and +5 dBm.

You will probably need a multi-stage amplification to boost ~25 mW to 5W and then another amp for 5->100W.  You will also probably need some filtering to ensure that your output meets FCC regulations for spurious out of band emissions.
