160M Noise on 1913 20khz wide

I started to hear this the other night on 160M.  Others are also hearing it around North America.  I know in Canada, I will bring this to the attention of RAC, but you may also want to do the same with the ARRL.  It seems to be another type of radar.  

Others have confirmed that it isn't Codar.

    My 1914 group heard it night before last - WA, ID, MT and NV for the most part.

    It is stronger in N Illinois and appears to be east of here

    One report with a K9AY shows it NE of Maine. We need some European stations to see if they can hear it. For those of you with low band Beam Steering, can you give it a look?
