10M band select issues after upgrade to 1.10.16

after the software upgrade Maestro has difficulty selecting 10 meters.  Smart-SDR will select 10M relatively instantly.  going back to Maestro 10M will be available.  Selecting any other band and returning to 10M the Freq display, slice label blank, and no audio.  It took 30-45 seconds for the band to come up but slice display was still blank.  later it blanked out, panadapter dead, SA dead.  30-40 seconds later it was back Panadapter working, SA working, no slice label, no audio.

i worked fine under the last 1.9 version of software

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
