I have a flex 6300 and an ALS-600 amp and using 1.8.3.  Last night working with the amp on CW I saw no foldback issues so far on 20 meters.  Using a Mosley ta-33 jr antenna with a LDG AT-600 pro ii antenna tuner in between the amp and the antenna.

We have entered a defect for this behavior, #3765.  If you have an issue with the SWR foldback, please enter a HelpDesk ticket so we can properly characterize the devices you have in the RF signal path.
