“Bounce List” possible reason for some community update email problems?

When members of other Get Satisfaction communities reported not getting emailed updates, sometimes the problem was that they were on a “bounce list”:

 It looks like if for some reason email updates “bounce” (for example, a member’s ISP is having temporary tech problems or blocks their incoming emails), the email address is automatically added to a bounce list, which stops the emailed updates.  When the original reason for the non-delivery is resolved, the address may still remain on the list.  This list may explain why some users are unable to find any cause of no longer getting updates.

Sounds like this is what is happening to me. My ISP closed my account for a week in error. The problem is now fixed however I am now not receiving updates. Any suggestions as to how I can get off the "bounce list"?
UPDATE - I hadn't noticed the link. I've now posted a request on the Getsatisfaction forum. Thanks again
