Acom 2000A QSK Interface

I am trying to hook up the Acom 2000A to a Flex 6400 for QSK. I have RCA TX1 going to the amp's Key In. I have RCA TX Req going to the amp's Key Out. I measured the Key Out output from the amp and it is High on RX and goes low when the Flex keys the amp. My issue is that no matter how I set the TX REQ, whether Active High or Low, the amp will key. I would have expected it to only key when set to Active Low. RCA TX Req is selected on the TX Band Settings.

Am I missing something in the setup?

The T/R sequencing for QSK operation is set by the internal microprocessor in the 2000A (it has a high speed vacuum T/R relay designed for QSK). So no Tx Inhibit should be necessary for QSK operation. I don't think you can overcome that using the Tx REQ regardless of how you set it in the Flex - it will key determined by the amps internal sequencing circuitry.
